Shipping and returns
Shipping
We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. If ordered before 17:00 on business days, you will receive your product through your mailbox the following business day. Please note that this can take longer during sales periods or due to problems at the shipping company (PostNL). We will notify you by mail if the delivery date will deviate from the indicated delivery date.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a hassle-free money-back guarantee for returns and exchanges within 14 days. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products, just mail returns@uppose.eu. Please let us know your reason for return or exchanges, so we can continue to improve our products and services. Also, provide your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
